Too big for a handyman, too small for the big remodeling firms. That’s the size we take. Drag the line on any photo.

Price my repair

Nail holes, cracks, water stains and tired color, fixed before a move-in, a move-out or a listing. Furniture covered, floors protected.
Price my repaint

Hardwood refinishing, plus new LVP, laminate and tile. We sand and seal what can be saved and replace what can’t.
Price my floors

Tub-to-shower swaps, vanities, cabinets, counters and fixtures. We draw the room in 3D first, so you see it before we start.
Price my remodel

Wood and composite decks, pergolas, patio covers and fences. Drawn in 3D, priced in writing, built in about a week.
Price my deck

Trees and drought-tolerant plants, gravel paths, drip irrigation and concrete patios. The outside finally matches the inside.

A leak took out the island and the lower drywall. Here is how that job usually gets quoted, and how we quote it.
Kitchen repair: about $8,000
Now it’s $8,000
Kitchen repair after a leak
Anything extra: photos and a written price first, signed by you.
Numbers are an example.
Call or send a few photos. We get back to you the same business day and ask only the questions that matter.
One of the owners comes over, looks at the whole thing and tells you straight what the job really needs.
Kitchens, baths and backyards get drawn in 3D first. Then you get an itemized price on paper. No “we’ll see” lines.
The same crew runs your job every day until it’s done. You get progress photos daily, and most jobs take about a week.
We haul the debris away, clean up and walk the finished job with you. You pay as the work gets done, never ahead of it.
3D before we build
Kitchens, baths and backyards get modeled in 3D first. Change anything you like on screen, then we build exactly that.

The crew
We only take jobs we can finish in about a week. That’s how the price stays fixed and our own guys stay on your house every day.
We’re Nick and Ilnur. Nick handles estimates and keeps the schedule. Ilnur runs the crew and draws the bigger projects in 3D before anyone picks up a tool. A lot of our work started as one small repair, and then the owner asked us to do the rest of the house.

Included in every job

Plastic walls, floor covers, taped-off vents. The rest of the house stays livable while we work.

If the city needs a permit for your job, we pull it and schedule the inspection. You don’t deal with the counter.

For kitchens, baths and backyards you see the finished space on screen and change it there, not after it’s built.

We pick up materials and have them on site before the crew starts, so nobody stands around waiting on a delivery.

Useful if you’re at work all day or the house is a rental. You see what got done without driving over.

Debris leaves with us. The last thing we do is vacuum.
